These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShortsPilot Pro ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at shortspilot.pro. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

ShortsPilot Pro is an automated video publishing service. It monitors your YouTube channel for new videos, generates short-form clips using AI, and publishes them to YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels on your behalf, according to the schedule and settings you configure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShortsPilot Pro. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@shortspilot.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected Accounts and Permissions

To use ShortsPilot Pro you will connect your YouTube and/or Facebook account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize ShortsPilot Pro to:

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you publish through ShortsPilot Pro. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including platform API changes by YouTube or Facebook, network outages, or server maintenance.

8. Subscription and Billing

ShortsPilot Pro may offer paid subscription plans. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at contact@shortspilot.pro. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShortsPilot Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortsPilot Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
