ShortsPilot Pro ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website shortspilot.pro and provides an automated short-form video publishing service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- YouTube channel data: When you connect your YouTube channel, we access your channel's public video list (read-only) to detect new uploads. We do not access private videos, comments, or subscriber data.
- Facebook and Instagram account data: When you connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, we access these solely to publish video content (Reels) on your behalf. We do not read messages, comments, or follower data.
- Usage data: Basic usage information such as which features you use and pipeline activity logs, used to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Monitor your connected YouTube channel for new video uploads

- Publish short-form clips to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram Business account
- Send you service-related updates and notifications
- Improve and maintain the ShortsPilot Pro service
3. Data Sharing

- Formspree — to process waitlist form submissions
4. YouTube API Services
ShortsPilot Pro uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube data is limited to reading your channel's public video list to detect new uploads. We do not store YouTube OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary to operate the service. You can revoke our access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
5. Facebook and Instagram API Services

You can disconnect your Facebook Page and Instagram account from ShortsPilot Pro at any time via your Facebook App Settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Video clips processed through our pipeline are stored temporarily on our servers and deleted after successful publishing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our servers are hosted on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in Europe. API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.
